From the inception of Wordlab AI, it was our aim to build solutions that could solve real-world problems for real businesses. Like everyone else, we love generative AI but we are also mindful of its usage to deliver high-quality output that is rich with relevant information and requires minimum refining.
In April this year, we presented the Cognitive Content Planning and Generation framework which was tested against all the leading AI-powered content generation platforms as well as a professional human content writer. Our AI agent powered by the CCPG framework not only surpassed other platforms but also surpassed the human content writer across ten different metrics.
The next step was to integrate this capability into Wordlab AI’s platform along with other very useful features that would really transform the content marketing game for thousands of SMBs, and digital agencies.
Introducing Clusters
The success of content marketing relies heavily on planning content ideas which are primarily focused on hitting certain goals such as traffic, sign-ups, brand awareness, etc. During this stage, you need to research relevant keywords based on recent trends or competition. Similarly, for use cases such as increasing brand authority, you also need to come up with topics that are strategically planned to complement your brand as well as attract relevant readers.
To address the above, we are launching Keywords Cluster and Topics Cluster.
Keywords Cluster
Inside the Keywords Cluster, you can search for a primary keyword or a term that you are looking to rank your website for and the built-in SEO tool populates all the relevant keywords against it.
For each keyword, it gives you complete insight such as:
- Current search volume.
- Keyword difficulty
- Cost-per-click score.
- Competition level for running ads.
- Top and low bids.
- Trend for the past 12 months.
These stats help you make an informed decision about picking the right set of keywords for your website.
You also have the option of uploading your own keywords via CSV file or importing or exporting keywords from one cluster to another. This makes it really easy for agencies to manage multiple campaigns for a client or multiple clients of a similar nature.
Topics Cluster
Topics clusters give you the opportunity to start from scratch. You don’t require any previous research as it does everything for you. You can simply provide your website’s address and it starts populating tens of content themes that are super relevant to your business.
Next, you can pick any content theme to generate tens of glossary terms. These glossary terms belong to a specific cluster of topics which allows you to establish domain authority in that specific domain.
Finally, you can generate several topic titles against each glossary term. Each title is generated by carefully looking at what is currently being ranked on the first page of Google. This means you end up having an entire content calendar filled with topics that are super relevant to your business as well as following the current trends.
Projects: AI-powered Content Calendar
Another great feature that we’re launching is Projects. Projects make content management extremely easy. You can manage tens of content campaigns for multiple clients effortlessly. Let’s see it in action.
Inside projects, you can either generate topics using your existing keyword clusters or fetch a list of topic ideas from Topics Clusters. The first step is to name your project, select the type of cluster and choose the language in which you wish to generate all the articles within this project.
In the next step, if you have picked cluster-type keywords, then it will automatically generate secondary keywords against all primary keywords. Now, you can either select all the keywords or check the ones that you’re interested in. At this stage, you can also add custom keywords in case a certain keyword was not added while creating the cluster.
Finally, click on the Generate Articles button to populate actual articles’ titles against each pair of primary and secondary keywords. In the case of cluster-type Topics, you’re navigated directly to the topics screen.
On the Articles list screen, you can see all the topics’ titles and a few more options for setting an audience, tone of voice, and generating the outline for each topic. If you decide to generate the outline at this point, then you can also edit and add your own sub-sections. However, the recommended setting is to let the system generate it at the time of writing the content.
Now, the magical part. You can either save your project or execute a batch job. The batch runs in the background to generate tens of articles autonomously while you’re free to move around the app. Once all the articles are written, you’ll see the status changing from pending to complete and you will be able to see them inside your project.
The best part is, that after generation, you can edit each document inside a document editor before publishing it on your website. This gives you complete flexibility and visibility of individual articles inside each campaign.
